Our Story
THE STORY OF New Legacy Properties LLC:
After facing the reality of a quickly approaching retirement, Darnell and Tenesha Hatter set out to find a solution. Darnell’s dream of owning a multi-purpose center that could accommodate a recording studio, restaurant and supper club that focuses on live music, is still alive and well. Our opportunity to own and manage rental properties and support our community, came to life after attending a life-changing conference and becoming Mastery Students with Fortune Builders. We founded New Legacy Properties LLC, in 2019, and have started the process of building a team of amazing people who have the same drive, goals and aspirations as we do. We have created goals to invest in properties that will support our community, that will improve our environment and ultimately work with great people.
